Ruth and Paul are at the top of their game in service and loving on their guests. I find it hard to believe it is just my wife and I that get this level of treatment, but, every time we stay here, fresh pastries, champagne, and overall kindness on the property. The hosts made the stay extra special with lots of personal touches. A bottle of my favorite wine was waiting for us at check in, fresh delicious baked goods arrived door side every night and morning, and any request/inquiry/questions were answered promptly. I’ve been recommending this place to all my friends and coworkers as we truly enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be back!

What an absolute gem! The place was exactly as described. We woke up & went to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The sweet treats in the morning & evening were a nice, personal touch. It was the perfect way to start our trip!

Hosts were amazing. Never heard from them or saw them, only in email, and they were very thorough with instructions. Left a wonderful breakfast for us in the morning and were very gracious with check in and check out times. The entire grounds, room, bathroom and balcony were immaculate and very well maintained. Beach towels and blankets were provided, along with a complimentary bottle of wine which we enjoyed. Highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely place that exceeded all my expectations. I was greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean that set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The easy access to the beach made it effortless to enjoy morning walks and sunset strolls along the shore. The room itself was excellent—spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have a comfortable experience. Their generosity and warmth truly made me feel at home. The location couldn’t have been better. With miles of walking trails along the beach, I found myself exploring the beautiful coastline with delight. Additionally, there’s a great selection of restaurants nearby, which made dining out convenient. The tranquility of the area added to the sublime nature of my stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and welcoming hosts, look no further!

This was a wonderful place right across the street from the beach, with a balcony to sit outside and listen to the ocean. Comfy king bed and huge bathroom so it feels very spacious. There is also a very large common room for guests downstairs - great place to go to get a little work done which I had to do. The place was quiet and safe despite being right on the beach - the street out front is mostly walking and bike traffic so it's very pleasant. Hosts were terrific, easy and quick to communicate with, and made us some awesome treats throughout our stay which was unexpected and very much appreciated.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will keep coming back. The view alone is worth the price. I was welcomed with a bottle of wine and tasty snacks of fresh fruit and dessert in the evening and warm pastries in the morning. The bath tub is super large and I could ease my tired muscles with a luxurious bath. I enjoyed the sound of the waves and the restaurant nearby had crab cakes and clam chowder that I could take back to the room. Ruth and Paul were such gracious hosts I had everything I needed and more. I love the Wave House!

The house is beautiful with an amazing view and comfortable bed. Ruth and Paul could not be a better host, they anticipate all your needs. With special little treats and surprises throughout your stay. We will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time and love this area. The beach access and views are amazing. Paul was a wonderful host. Helping us whenever we had questions and giving us space to enjoy his place and its surroundings. The penthouse is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and very clean! It is a pristine retreat in an area with lots of good beach energy. One of the best places we have stayed.
